    Hey Chad, I am new here to forum also, but I am not new to smoking.  Welcome, and hope to see you around the forum.  I have an All Seasons smoker that I have converted to a gasser, and a propane Weston 48 that I have modded also.   Rick

    I Have the Weston 48, and had just the opposite problem, I couldn't get it DOWN to 170oF for slow smoking sausage.  To solve the problem change the propane hose that came with it with one that is adjustable at the regulator.  Normally has a red know on the top.  Make sure it is longer than the...
