Personally, I like the Brinkmann better. For me the benefit of an offset style over a bullet or komodo style is having access to all the food by opening the lid. On the WSM, I either had to cook two different types of food, or pull everything off the top to access the lower level.
Not to put a downer on things, but my biggest concern is the combination grills are two half BBQs, cooking space is limited. So a few questions, I'd be asking myself are:
