    I bought this exact smoker for my dad over a year ago. My brother bought the Pecos. Both grills do an outstanding job cooking all kinds of meats. I have not thought about "tuning" the Wrangler because it really does an outstanding job smoking big briscuits, but I will now look into doing that...
