    Sauerkraut

    Just wondering if anyone has ever smoked sauerkraut in their smoker. I caught the tail end of qvc and they were featuring masterbuilt smokers. The host was showing some sauerkraut he had smoked. Didn't give the recipe. Would love to try it. Any info would be great.

    SMOKER CLEANING

    I just tried the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the window of mes and it brought it back to new! I just wiped it after my last smoke and it came totally clean. I just used water.

    I was just wondering if you should reinsert the thermometer back into the pork butt after you foil it to put it back in the smoker? Would sticking it through the foil hurt its accuracy? Thanks for the help.
