    How did you come up with your screen name?

    My family are big time meat eaters. I grill constantly and once I started using the smoker... Everything needed to be that way. All meats, cheeses, casseroles etc.. If I asked my kids to choose what to smoke for a party, they would say: " Smoke It All  Mom " and there ya go  SIA M :)

    Hello everyone! I've been reading this site for weeks and finally decided to join in. I'm a country girl stuck in NJ trying to cook the foods I grew up with. Last year I started smoking with a Brinkman Smoke n Grill and loved it! Chicken and pork are all I did. My brisket was terrible everytime...
