Just got a new toy in the mail!!!
I got mine in mid June, it's been working great. I got 2 ambient probes with it, guess I got lucky they were in stock when I ordered. I did the boil test and found 1 meat probe was 2 degrees cold, the other meat probe and 2 ambient were dead on. I changed ports on the igrill2 and got the same...- biggus

I like that trailer much more then the one for my 48". Looks like a lot more room to carry stuff. The 48" only has a basket on the front.- biggus

Can anyone help with this rub?
Oh this wasn't my own recipe, it was one I found either on a forum or on a website. All I ever changed was cutting the paprika in half and adding chipotle in it's place. I believe you're right on the black pepper part, but i do know there wasn't any chili powder. I do have a small amount left so...- biggus

I had a rub recipe that's sweet followed by a nice heat. Had is the key word in that sentence. My wife helped me out running to the store to get the ingredience for it.
