    New from California (IE) smoke hollow 4 in 1

    Hi all, I'm Frankie and today I just started seasoning my new smoker. A couple questions concerns, I did a lot of the mods people on here talk about but can't seem to get my temp to drop below 250? Is this ok? I want a good bark on whatever I smoke what tips do you have for me?
