well im from tn... And im a medic. ...Got a free electric brinkmann vertical smoker last year and got to play around some with ribs and boston butss... But after reaing all yuns advice on here got me a mes 30 inch on sale at christmas and picked up the amazen pellet smoker and dang im in love...- bluestar34
