I am fairly new to smoking meat. I have smoked 5 or 6 briskets, 4 or 5 chickens, a few pork loins and a couple racks of pork ribs. I would really like to step up my brisket rub. I would like to find something that is spicy/sweet. Any and all suggestions are welcome!!! Thanks in advance.
