    New Smoker from Iowa

    Just got a MES 30 for Christmas.  Its been real cold here the last couple weeks in SE Iowa.  Already smoked some chicken breasts and a pork loin.  Got a lot of great ideas from this forum already...gonna smoke up some turkey breasts this weekend.  Thanks again, Nathan
