    My children gave me a MES for Christmas, and I've cooked a few items on it since then. I've been having problems with overcooking the food. I followed the recipe in the Masterbuilt manual for smoking a turkey (225 degrees) and set the timer for 10 hours (it was suggested to be 8-12 hours). Well...
