You won't be disappointed with Pecan Lodge. The brisket was really tender and flavorful. The portions were really good and the price was right. I was in Texas for a wedding in November and after seeing them on DDD, a trip there was one of my demands! We waited in line for a bit, but then...- doozer233

Cart Modification for MES. Nice!
I know it's not electric, but I here is my Masterbuilt cart mod. It's mounted to the cart with 1" aluminum block. There is a square cutout in the center of the middle shelf for the burner. And we used aluminum angle on the ends of the top shelves. Thanks to Pignlt for the great idea! !- doozer233
