New guy on here
Hi I'm new on here, but have been cold smoking for a while. I use one of these and am really pleased with the results. It's dead simple and if you chop up your own timber for it it saves on buying pellets or whatever. I had mine connected to a 45 gal drum, but have just set up an old fridge...- glenislaghillie
