    Hello from North Texas

    Happy New Year to all. Just joined the forum a little while back. Currently, I use a Kearney trailered smoker. I have been cooking off and on now for about 20 years. I enjoy cooking brisket, ribs, sausage and chicken. Love the site and looking forward to learning all I can. Thanks, Ricky
