Need some help New to smoking

I just bought an electric smoker and I'm all new with this. Can anyone give me some tips on smoking with it? I have a Turkey breast and I need to know how to prep it and smoke it. I smoked a pork loin a week or so ago and it came out kinda tough could any one tell me ay what temp to cook that...
