    Gosh, that looks like a good idea.... Do you think the smoke really added to the flavor of the Cinnabons? I have a cinnamon roll cake I might have to try that on.

    Smoked pears with cream cheese

    Thank you so much.  How long were the pears smoked?      We smoke a lot of meats, mainly and I have not tried smoking vegetables or fruit yet.
