    my first brisket and second smoke on the MES 30! it was a 7.5 lb flat i think, but i'm no expert on cut names. it ended up being quite tasty, but a bit too smoky. i should have cut the smoke sooner, and probably foiled a little longer. i made JJ's jus as well, which also would have benefited...
