    Smoked SPAM is good! lol It was for a wedding. Did it for fun. The great thing about smoking SPAM is you don't have to cut it cross-grain for it to be tender. Hawaii loves SPAM! What can I say, in Texas I used it to train my lab and golden pups. you cut up some in a baggy put it in your pocket...

    Aloha! My name is Thad. I live on Maui. I love to smoke meats, salts and SPAM. I grew up in Arlington Texas. Learned to smoke in Waco. I want to take it the next level and cater here in  Maui. Looking at a Klose. I can't find anything to compare it with. I am excited about joining the forum.

    I too am surprised at Dana posting here. I'm on here try'n to find a smoker worthy of the Klose. Looking for reviews of all smokers. I want their Ultimate Catering Rig. Maui needs good smoked meat. I need a smoker that can get the job done right. It's a pretty penny tho, I say it's worth it.
