    I definatly prefer homemade sauces, I have tried making a few I have found online. I do like the sweet and spicy sweet baby rays. Since I found this forum, I have a lot more to try lol..

    Just got a Traeger - any words of wisdom?

    Has anybody had issues running other pellets through the system on their traeger. I just purchased a junior elite, I plan on doing some long smokes with it but dont wanna have a brisket full of ash. Its very tempting to switch pellets just to be safe.

    So does switching your pellet types chance your traeger at all. Do temps stay relativly the same?? Just bought a traeger and was looking through the forums before I fire it up this weekend.
