    I found a youtube tips & tricks vid for the BGE.  The most valuable thing i learned from it was the placement of the daisy wheel cap so it doesn't move when you open your lid.  I learned to put the daisy wheel so that the "big green egg" words is on the left side.

    Wow, I JUST received my Maverick ET-733 In the mail yesterday. Wish i would have known about about this! I'd have gotten it instead of the Maverick.
