    Anyone ever smoke a chuck roast?

    Got the itch this morning to try smoking a chuck roast.  Last night I injected garlic into it and slathered it with olive oil and my famous rub, this morning, I wrapped it in foil and put it in the smoker, not sure what the outcome will be but I hope its good, it seems like the fat will cook it...
