It has been a long day....only at 160 after 12 hrs. The rain came and killed my temps (twice). All good lots of beer and corn hole being played. Not going to bed till I have me a samich dammit! Wish me luck! -

Good morning all, Finally got a smoker and got up early this morning to smoke my first butt. I got a Redstone Smokehouse grill with offset smoker. I seasoned it for about 5 hours yeaterday so it would be good and ready for today. I used hard wood lump charcoal to start the fire with a combo... -
