    Hello All,  I have been smoking for a few years now!  I have a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker and a Char-Griller gas and Charcoal grill/smoker!  I have smoked some turkey's, lots of Pork Butt's/shoulders and ribs!  Have not done any beef smoking yet but I have just purchased my first Brisket...
