    Whole Turkey Breast

    Just did 2 whole turkey breasts and they turned out perfect. sorry no pics. So glad I spent the extra money on my wsm. Such a upgrade from my old offset smoker.

    Hey Bear, I know it's a sin but my mother-in-law wants the prime rib to be about medium or slightly above. Can you give me an idea on how much longer to cook or internal temperature to get that.

    Sorry no pictures. Thanksgiving was really hectic. As soon as i took the bird over to my fathers i had to save my daughter and son who hit a deer and came through the window and a trip to the hospital for x-rays to make sure they were ok.

    Temp issues

    So i used my 22.5 wsm for the first time but the temp didnt get past 200 with all vent open. The only way to get the temp up was to take some of the water out of the pan. Has anyone else run into this? Im not use to using a water pan to help control the temp. But the bird turned out perfect anyway.

    Thanks for the tip buddy. My turkey turned out so good that my wife wanted me to smoke another one the next day. Lol. It was my first smoke on my wsm 22.5 and i love it.

    On the sign in page it says get the app for smf but when i click on it it takes me to the play store but cant find the app. Does anyone know if there is an app for smf and how to get it?
