New to smoke, Weber 18.5 Smokey Mountain or MES

I've owned my 22.5" WSM for over 5 years and I love it. I would never use another smoker, unless I upgraded to a Lang stick.  It is great at maintaining its temp.  Don't get the 18.5.  Spend the extra $100 and go with the 22.5.  You'll be glad you did in the long run. I do own a Smoke Vault gas...

    1st Propane Smoker

Quit throwing money away on cheap smokers, like the Masterbuilt.  Invest $400 on a Weber WSM 22".  It is the best smoker on the market under $400.  It is very easy to control your temp and extremely well built.  I also have a Smoke Vault propane smoker, which is much better than Masterbuilts...

New to smoke, Weber 18.5 Smokey Mountain or MES

Go with the Weber WSM.  But don't mess around with the 18 1/2 inch.  Spend the extra $100 and buy the 22".  You will be glad you did in the long run.  You will love the WSM.  It's the best charcoal smoker on the market.  It is very easy to maintain a steady temp.  Happy smoking.

    Best Beginner Charcoal Smoker

My first smoker was the Weber 22.5" WSM.  But I would advise anyone wanting to learn the art of smoking to just buy a Weber kettle grill for $130 and get a smokenator kit for it.  It will work great.  Even without buying a smokenator setup, you can smoke on it just fine.  I've used mine to smoke...

Camp chef smoke vault 18"--- need feedback

Don't waste your time with the 18".  Spend the extra money and get the 24".  You will be glad you did in the long run.  Moose said he has had problems with the flame blowing out.  I've never had any issues with the flame blowing out.  Either with the 18" or 24",  the Smoke Vault is the best...

    Masterbuilt propane smokers

The best propane smoker out on the market right now is the Camp Chef 24" Smoke Vault.  Yes it cost it more than the Masterbulit but that's because it so much better made.  When I was researching propane smokers, I just found Masterbuilts to be very cheaply made.  Most of the reviews on Amazon...

ADVICE: Need a new grill - Weber vs. Char-Griller

Get the Weber.  I own a Weber charcoal, Weber Genesis gas grill and a WSM.  Why?  One word: Quality.  Weber are the best built grills.  They hold in the heat like no others and they won't rust out like most grills.  Happy grilling with whatever you choose.
