New guy from Minnesota checking in.
i lurked here for a bit looking for info. wanted "something"! found that for the $ what i wanted and needed was and electric smoker. got the MES 30 and have gone crazy with it. yes it has a learning curve and so do i (im new!) search the forums as i did, many people have them and seem to be plzd- parkwaytrash

first i would like to say thanks! because i have been reading here for about 2 months gaining some smoker smarts before even thinking of joining (never even thought of joining). live in south alabama just bought a mes 30 after doing the "what's the best for what im doing and what i need"...- parkwaytrash
