    Danny - I'm pending my 3rd knee surgery myself, so I feel for the Mrs. and will keep y'all in my prayers. Being a pyrotechnician, the only smoker action for me will probably be the day before to render sammies for the 4th, but hey, still going to have lots of smoke either way right?

    New to smoking in Minnesota

    Most of my smokers were pretty inexpensive, but I spent time figuring out the quirks and destroyed a few fatties, but after a few you learn how to work around the cheap.  Remember - a pro violinist can make a dime store violin sound amazing
