    Have not posted in a while so here's a pic of my mini reverse flow in action. Some Irish Dubliner, mini wheel of Brie and a wedge of mild Cheddar. Using wood chips for now, apple and a little hickory. Going to use some for mac-n-cheese.

    Well it turns out that this pipe was not welded to both ends as I thought but was about an 1/8" - 1/4" from the other end of the tank.  I cut the 1 1/2" piece of pipe that was sticking out of the end cap off close to the tank.
