Hey everyone a little about me. I've be professionally cooking southern BBQ for 14 years. I worked in a few restaurants including blue smoke NYC. I do ribs, pulled pork, brisket and hole hogs mainly. I'm just starting my own catering company.
I'm in NJ and I'm searching for a 250 gal propane tank. Not having any luck. I want to build a smoker i always buy them done now it's time to do it myself. does anyone have any ideas? thank you in advance.
