    I'm gonna be smoking this bacon wrapped and Bilbo rub with a bourbon Apple juice injection on a barrel smoker. Any suggestions on wood type ? Temp ? Etc

    I have heard just salt pepper then when you take it out hit it with some lime juice! Works well with ribs too! The meat is the flavor not the spices

    Welcome I'm a moderate level smoker from Nj love doing briskets ribs and pork. Much like you went gas ( didn't like) got a brinkmen which I love but my wife got me a master built electric which is awesome just set it and add chips so EZ but where's the fun in that lol. But the results are great
