Brinkmann Smoke N Pit low temps, too much charcoal
I have had troubles like this before. I have a vertical Brinkman smoker. Cheap thing, but it works. I found that when I need extra heat I go and grab my air mattress pump and force some good O2 into the embers. THey will get nice and hot for ya.- smokeandsalt
