    It did get up to temp pretty fast but it did not want to hold for very long. The forecast is looking good for this weekend lower 50s I believe. I will get some q-view up on Saturday for sure.  Thanks for watching!!

    Finished up the latches on the CC door and decided to do a practice burn. Everything went great held good temps. Still a a lot more work to go. I will post some pics of the burn!!!!!

    Well I got the gasket and the latch on the FB door and also finished up the trim on the CC door. Keep trying to get a little more done every night I will keep everyone posted!!

    Thank you very much!!! I do have plans with the teacher (one of my close friends) to do a cook with the students before the end of the school year.

    I have the local high school shop class building me a 18x24 cutting board to mount next to the smoker. I am thinking about making a grill to mount on there and I also have a 20x25 griddle I think I will mount to it. Most likely a spot also for some wood storage. Thanks for checking it out!!!!
