Ok so I smoked an 8 # butt yesterday for my wife to take to office tomorrow. It came out a little dry for some reason? We have a heavy duty aluminum pans with sterno type heat cans. How long do you think to heat up and how to moisten it up thanks ahead of time- old surveyor
