MES Cold Weather Problem
Happened to me on my second use of the unit. I just unscrewed/unplugged the control unit and brought it inside and ran the hairdryer over it for a few minutes. Worked like a charm after that. MES Smoker running hot
I've done 3 smokes so far on my new MES 30. The last two were chickens and both finished a lot quicker than I was anticipating. I had the smoker set for 250 and both finished in just under 2 hours.
