    I actually have! There's a local Hibachi grill that is run by an older couple and their son, who does the cooking, and it's amazing! I've never eaten a piece of beef that tender! I might buy some and figure out a way to smoke it, any suggestions?

    Thanks for your support Kat! I have signed up for the eCourse and it's awesome so far. There's a few things i've never heard of that I want to try out. I'm smoking a fatty as I type this and I can't wait for it to be done. I'll be posting up my salmon brine recipe real soon so whenever you do...
