Think I am leaning towards building a UDS. I like making things and good with metal and even welding. Like the side box mod for cold smoking options too.

Hello all! Been wanting to get into smoking for awhile now and a friend really has me drooling over his new smoker and smoking every meat and cheese and even nuts. Not sure exactly what I am looking for so I'm here to research smokers before I buy and get tips, tricks and recipes and everything...
