    Last Sunday cook!!

    Thanks everyone! @alreadyam - the texture was good. The muffins were like pancakes once you first put syrup on. I was skeptical at first when my wife wanted me to do this but have to say it was my favorite. I will be putting on one these every time I do a long cook so I have some breakfast!!
