Moving from Washington to NC at the end of next month. I'm doing a good job of cleaning out my freezer so far, but I've came across this cash of ground beef my wife has and other than smoking a bunch of meatloaf I'm at odds on what to do with it. Any creative ideas?
Just finished off all my Swiss and about out of Pepper Jack. I never thought of trying Blu before, I wasn't sure if it would hold up to a smoke. I'm going to rack some up this week and see how it goes.
Long time reader, first time poster. Just checking in to let you know that even through all the rain, Washington smokes also. It's not really what I had in mind for "water smoking"
