    Any one using the John McLemore Signature Series  30' MES ,,,, My chip feeder is melting around the handle and where the door seals giving off toxic smoke I would assume. Is this normal ??

    If you want a smoke ring with your MES, try this.

    MES 30' ......  after reading this post I decided to try adding some charcoal as described with pellets,,,,  first try no luck and 2nd try I just added crushed up charcoal without pellets on 270 and the charcoal never even started smoking (4 hour test) ....  do I need to add already burning...

    Smoked Honey Almonds

    I have been making Smoked Honey Almonds with Manuka Honey and sending them to friends in the mail but they are dam sticky because of the honey. Any ideas how I can fix the sticky issue? maybe a powder coating of some kind, tried spices on top of the Honey with no luck.

    Hello, Im looking to find a bottom load zip seal bags for a  VS-280 sealer  (http://www.sorbentsystems.com/vac_sealer_pics.html) Im smoking cheese and selling at market but would like a reusable bag for the customer to use. To ship from the states to canada is pricy!! cheers!
