The instructions on ribs says to cut in single bones & place on racks. But to answer your Question ..No not a full rack..Not even by cutting it up .Not in my 5qt. . ALMOST BUT NOT ALL OF IT.
At least I'm not resorting to liquid smoke . I will say about it I did get a lot of smoke flavor in the chicken . I was surprised & pleased with the turn out .
Yea.. you read right . As some of you know I have COPD & love to smoke meat, Well due to my condition I pretty much had to stop using my stick burner . I went to the MES ..it was somewhat better but still I'd have problems breathing afterwards . Well my lady friend ever watchful over me found...
