Yea, that was a concern. Being caught in rain. But it looks like it has a sturdy construction. I've went through so many wireless thermos it's ridiculous. My Maverick ET732 has been great so far. It feels like it need an otter box on it though.

I know it needs to be 165IT but what temp would you GRILL it at? I'm grilling 2 of them Friday night for my wife's bday shindig. I don't get off of work early enough to smoke them so I have to crank the heat. Also...how long do they usually take to cook? This is my first one by the way...
I'm sticking with my salt and pepper. I have some "cowboy rub" (McCormick) but my wife cant eat it. Too spicy for the family. Turns out i have to think about them from time to time. Haha
