    Roast Beef - Tri Tip

    Picked up two 4 lbs tri tips from my local butcher to make roast beef. Two different marinades, one mustard based and another called "Magic Dust" that I found online. Both smoked about 6 hrs total. Absolutely delicious.  Plated ready to go!

    BDay Pork Shoulder

    Smoked this 14lbs pork shoulder for a BDay a couple months ago! Mustard based rub, Hickory Chips, burned at 220 for about 14 hrs. Meat just fell off the bone. Sorry for the lack of pics. Sweet Marbling!

    Smoking that Fatty (Cheeseburger)!

    Me and my brother smoked this Bacon, Egg, Mushroom, Pepperjack, and Venison and Sausage fatty this past weekend! Delicious! Used Hickory Chips on a Brinkmann smoker for about 4-5 hrs.
