Picked up two 4 lbs tri tips from my local butcher to make roast beef. Two different marinades, one mustard based and another called "Magic Dust" that I found online. Both smoked about 6 hrs total. Absolutely delicious.

Smoked this 14lbs pork shoulder for a BDay a couple months ago! Mustard based rub, Hickory Chips, burned at 220 for about 14 hrs. Meat just fell off the bone. Sorry for the lack of pics.
