My smoker is the largest one they make. Has a overhead hood and the works. I am a BBQ restaurant , go to their website for details on a portable unit. I can give you some leads on sales people. I know they make one that could be transported on a trailer.- mrbbq

Following hurricane Irene, my restaurant located in killington Vermont was totally destroyed. At that time I was using a homemade smoked built from a 250 gallon oil tank. It worked fine...following the flood I purchased a Southern Pride unit. Love it.....gives me so much more control......they...- mrbbq
