    I'm smoking three batches of nuts today. I've got ScarBelly's sweet and spicy mixed nuts smoking as we speak. I'm going to do some pecans and almonds later based on other recipes I found here.     Hello, the name is Josh. I have a little smoker with an offset firebox. I love to smoke cheese. Last Christmas I learned to smoke cheese and ended up smoking 50 pounds in December. I hope to learn from the more experienced members here and let me apologize in advance for my ignorance.

    Sending smoked cheese in the mail

    Hello, I was wanting to send some vacuum sealed, smoked cheese in the mail. Do I need to add some ice packs and overnight it or is it fine regularly? It will be mozzarella, cheddar, and pepper jack.
