I am building a new smoker out of a old 2-door Coke cooler. Looking for some tips or ideas on exhaust. The fuel will be natural gas burners that way if the power goes out I can keep on smoking. Same thing I won't run out of propane this way LOL. I am looking for ideas of how to mount stacks.

Well by the looks of the goose breasts im definitely going to try this. Got freezer at farm full of bird. Just never tried smoking any yet. Did your friend say where in Saskatchewan he hunts. My parents do a lot of birds for hunters so just wondering.
Hello all, as it says I am from Saskatchewan, Canada. Found this web site looking up ideas for my fridge smoker build. Just started (finely) today, doing 2 at once so should be fun. Currently use a Traeger smoker BBQ. So far looks like a great site with a lot of great info. And great ideas.
