    First attempt at 20 day Dry Aged Prime Rib. Lots of pics / QView! I hope I don't poison the family!!

    First off I want to say it looks delicious!! I dry age prime rib on occasion and it's my families favourite!!  Well worth doing it!!  How long did you leave the roast in your smoker?  What kind of wood did you use? What temperature did you cook it at in the smoker? Thanks in advance!! Jeannie
