GLAD TO BE HERE!
Have seen a few posts but they don't seem to be active. Glad I found this one. Have been smoking for a couple yrs-now have a Brinkman Trailmaster off set cooker. Works pretty well but I have to use split hickory wood as fuel to get it past 220 degrees-even in the summer. Am pretty happy w/it...- steve neyer
