    I personally like my Thermopro TP-08 it monitors BBQ temp and one food item. The TP-20 will monitor two food items or one food item and one BBQ and also comes with presets for meat.

    Masterbuilt Customer Service...Excellent

    Recently had an issue after 3 years with my gen 1 MES 30" The controller and the screen started to separate and now unless you touch the screen and the numbers show back up. I wrote them and told them about this issue and withing an email a new controller is on its way!

    After owning a Gen 1 for 3 years the only issue I've had is with the controller and screen separating and you cant view the numbers unless you press the screen down.  I wrote master-built and they are sending me a new controller! Very pleased with there customer service!
