    Here is a couple pictures of the finished brisket. I didn't get any photos of the Burnt Ends, they were all eaten before I could snap a pic.

    The Snake method with my Pitmaster IQ 110, works great holds perfect temps, so why mess with perfection? I have three drip pans in the smoker. Thanks for the metal connector suggestion, on my way to Ace in a few.
